Occupancy

 I am in my first year of hosting and been very successfull up to now, from October 1st My Occupancy rate a suddenly dropped off? is this just a seasonal dip?

We ran a B&B in North Wales for 5yrs and Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb was about 40% occupancy, its quiet for most B&Bs in the UK, Its when the owners pop off to Spain or Malta for a month. Even now with a caravan site and holiday cottage, we close for 4 months as its not worth opening.
