How do I add my business which is a Spa to local Airbnbs in Lake Worth, FL?

I would like to promote my local buisness to the host in my area to offer to their guest.

Is there a community page for this?

@Jennifer99 Airbnb is rolling out a new program to connect guests with local attractions / businesses.  You should read this Forbes article.  Can't say when it will become available, but when it does, sounds like you will be able to add "package deals"  At the moment, you can add your Spa business to your Guidebook.
