One of my guest had to cancel due to violation of the house rules

Jakkapong was a cancellation because he wanted to bring his dogs into the house which is a direct violation of the house rules. As a result, I was disqualified from super host and he was considered a cancelation. This is not accurate, and I would like this decision to be reversed. How can I do that? The rules were clearly listed.

@Michael1216 *IF* it is your SHARED space *AND* you have a GOOD reason (allergies, incompatible pets, etc) which disallow animals, then CALL AirBnb (or DM them using Twitter). You have every right then to have that reversed..."unconfortable with guest" or "broke house rules" SHOULD be the reason you state otherwise you don't have a chance!

HOWEVER if you just decided you didn't like pets AND he claimed they were "assistance animals" you will NEVER EVER be able to get it reversed. AirBnB sucks with regard to people that know how to game the system!

When he 'wanted' to bring the dogs, meaning before he even arrived I am assuming, did you contact Airbnb and inform them you ~need~ to cancel the reservation, and the reasons why? Meaning give Airbnb a heads up. By cancelling first, Airbnb being on automode (you are dealing with a computer to that point), you now have to prove the concellation was for 'legitimate' reasons.
