I want to protect my guests as much as I want to protect the property I cherish.
One of my concerns was toilet overflows. A family member recently experienced a toilet overflow and couldn't stop the water until it caused $11,000 in damages. My deductible was $2,500. Ouch.
To help prevent such problems I created a new kind of installable wrench that fits toilet valves and instructs users on what to do to stop an overflow.

I also installed commercial grade fire extinguisers and 10 year battery powered smoke detectors using a pattern recommended by my local Fire Chief. I also have a fully stocked first aid kit on the counter in the kitchen.
