Dear Airbnb,
I still have not received the payment for the last time I hosted a guest from end of July until end of August.
I have contacted my tenant, who said that the money was deducted from her bank account immediately after I accepted (end of July).
As it is difficult to find a direct email address or hotline to contact your offices, can you please check the case and reach out to me?
I never had this problem before and would appreciate getting the payment asap.
To everyone else: If you have any advice for me, I'd be grateful. Comments if you experience similar problems are welcome, too!

This is a discussion forum for hosts - you would need to contact airbnb with your issue.
Try the search window above for the info you need.
Give BNB a call and get them to check it for you - if you can't find the number use the search function here.
You can email and call them, but they will tell you that they will escalade
the case to the manager and someone will contact you soon
NOBODY WILL CONTACT YOU.
They did help us in the past . Everything was OK until the last month .
It is looks like the start of the END of AIRBNB.
And it is very sad.

I never received a payoneer debit card sent to me by air bnb and received an emailfrom payoneer that it expires today. Is there a way to actually communicate with AirBNB . . . fine service unless you need to communicate with them . . . ugh!
I Have the same problem. A payment to me as a host is two weeks past due. I called. I was told it would be escallated. As the other poster said - no response. That was 8 days ago. Any suggestions for other escallation routes?

@Odella0, there are numerous ways to contact ABB. One is to go to the 'search for anything' box on this page and type in 'How to contact AirBnB'. A thread with several suggestions - including Twitter and Facebook - will come up. Another is to google 'Contact number for AirBnB in XXX [country]'.
I have the same problem, received payments from subsequent guests, but am missing one payment.

I am having this same issue. My guest is currently here and she said the payment has already been taken from her account. It also says $0 in my expected earnings but i'm booked for the rest of the year. I just looked at the transaction history which had my payout preferences to default and not what it is suppose to be on. Trying to get in contact with them is a pain.
You can google the airbnb telephone number. For U.S. it is 415 800 5959 or toll free 855 424 7262. They were extremely helpful and resolved the issue for me immediately. It turned out to be my mistake. Searcing for their phone number was very frustrating until I googled it.
