Payment not received

Dear Airbnb,

 

I still have not received the payment for the last time I hosted a guest from end of July until end of August.

I have contacted my tenant, who said that the money was deducted from her bank account immediately after I accepted (end of July).

As it is difficult to find a direct email address or hotline to contact your offices, can you please check the case and reach out to me?

I never had this problem before and would appreciate getting the payment asap.

 

To everyone else: If you have any advice for me, I'd be grateful. Comments if you experience similar problems are welcome, too!

I have received all payments until now. I have no clue how to contact Airbnb about this. Is there an email address or wesite that you can use to ask the company about missing payments or unusual delays?

I have the same issue.  The payment should have been sent April 1st.  Today is Aprill 11 and no money.  Don't know how to get thorugh to them either!
