Paypal as payout method in Inida

I am using Paypal for my payout in India. I want to keep the same. Why and what i need to update my payout method. As I saw a noticification to update payout method by 2 May.Please let me know. Thanks!

1) Is it possible to add Paypal account to receive payments as Airbnb hosts?

2) When I try to create a Paypal account for India, the website requires me to put in the GST registration information for my business. How to get one?
