Paypal payments used to come in by 3pm the day after guest check-in, why not anymore?

My check-in time for my guests is set to flexible, and it used to be the case that this meant I'd receive a payment at 3pm the day after the guest had checked in. In the last year or so, the payment isn't delivered to my paypal account until much later. 

I use paypal for my pament method becuase it's the fastest and most direct. 

Has anyone else had expereience with this? Is there a new standard time for paypal payments to come in?
