Pending payout

My payout has been pending for much longer than normal. I cannot find anywhere or anyone to contact about this. I am owed a significant amount of money and have received no emails regarding any issues. Can anyone help??

Jacki - if you have not already, look under "help and support" - sometimes payments for my Airbnb come in a little later depending on time zones and banks - it has always been fine!

So far I have 3 individual mutual client claiming to have made payments deposits via Airbnb for bookings to stay at my various places at Island Properties & Events/St.Lucia, Caribbean.

I have gone throughout my account Extranet on Airbnb to track the payment according to the receipts of proof appearing from both clients & Airbnb acceptance.......without any availability.

Can you please help us track the whereabouts of payments.

I havn't booked anything with Air B&B how does it work, they take the money then pay you later.
