Plus Controls a problem

I was very excited about the invite to the Plus program, now not so much.  My apt is a each front property with an astonishing view, and there is no one photo that shows.  Photos are beautiful but lacking the ocean blue view.  Instead a sofa was placed as a cover photo and I cant change it, Plus agents refuse to change it so we are about to re-evaluate this hold thing.  Result is we are in our high season, my other properties a almost full booked and this one is behind.  Three years into this I can tell when marketing is wrong or just not enouph.  Many emails, no answer and you cannot get to talk to a Plus agent.  Hope someone in the Plus office reads our claims and do something about it.  We are all loosing money, including Airbnb. I have a similar problem. When is AirBnB going to fix this problem and allow property owners to use their own, high quality photos and have the freedom to market their property as they wish. And....why does everyone need to show a couch photo as their hero image? That makes no sense. To add...AirBnB won't allow me to use the photo of our washer and dryer....they forgot to take that photo during the photo shoot and now potential guests ask me...do you have a washer and dryer? Uh...yes, please ignore the picture of a front door for the laundry room, but it was all that I could do as an AirBnB PLUS property owner. Argh!.....
