I think it was the proper to warn the guy charging so little he may be hit with an almost $100 cable charge. The guy is renting out a condo that's a 1 bedroom condo with sofa sleeper for $58 for 4 guests and this was a Saturday night only booking. Man did she use the guy and he gave her a good review. He just bumped his price to $109 for 4 within 15 minutes of my inquiry to him. No response to me yet though. Hopefully he'll head here he's a new listing, so he can learn a lot from this forum.

Just on FYI on your guest XXXXX from September 5th. She was booked with me after holding my listing hostage with 2 group bookings. The first one canceled out for non payment after 4 days and within hours she rebooked as a group payment again then after I involved AirBnB on she finally paid after 2 1/2 days. Then the next day when she learned we lived on property in a seperate home and could see how many guests showed up plus she saw the fines I charge in my rental agreement for extra vistors or guests, so she canceled the booking. Her booking was for 6 Adults, 2 Children and 1 Infant. So she was way over your 4 guest limit I am sure, just like she planned to be over my limit and hold a party for watching the fight. Please make sure to check your cable bill, she wanted to rent a pay for view fight that was $84.99 plus tax for the evening, if she did not mention it you may have been charged for it. Also you should visit the AirBnB Community Forum your price is way too low. Shared homes for just a room rent for what you are charging.

Mother n law just called to tell us they needed to postpone until further notice due to worsen health issues with her sibling. Sorry for all the back and forth, trying to get all my in laws on board has been a nightmare. I have never had to deal with this many issues when booking in the past for just my hubby and I. Once again sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused.
