Price/discounts

I recently hosted a person for 5 nights only to find that the price charged was way under the price I had set. When I looked at my pricing it had been discounted !

The amazing thing is I did not do this myself.

So how did this happen ?

Do Airbnb have any idea of the cost of food Utilities toiletries in the UK.

I am appalled and disgusted that they drive the price down but take huge so called service charges but for what?

How can the prices be changed without my  knowledge or consent?

Have other people had this happen.

I hit the special offer on my phone the first time and was surprised when it gave my guests a 50% discount I was busy and didn't notice how much the discount was. i learned the trick on the laptop I could see the options better.

Airbnb cannot change your price.  If you go to the reservation or transaction history and click on the reservation# it will show you the break down of charges.  Since you have 2 properties, to help determine which pricing was at play, please provide more information so we might be able to help you.
