Price per month turns crazy low!

Hello everyone,

I just got an inquiry for nearly 3 months. My nightly price is 84€ for may/june and 124€ for july/august. When a guest selects more than a month, the price goes cca 84% down! It is insanely low and appears as 4-5 days have the same price as the whole month. Now the guest thinks that he can book for this price and I can't see how can I explain that it's much much higher. I looked through the setting but there's nothing there that affected this.

Please help!!!

@Milka3 I remember seeing reports from other users about a Bug for stays over 28days.  I'm not sure if anyone fixed it or not but you might search back in the archives. I know many users (including me) limit stays to less than 1 month to avoid any legal issues wiht Tennents rights.  You may want to polightly decline the inquiry and restict to less than 28days for now while you work with AirBNB on the issue.

Thank you for the prompt response. I will explain this to the guest and look through settings to restrict the length of stay (although I would rather have it solved).
