I have reported the same issue 3 times to Airbnb support and there is no interest in fixing what I consider a major bug in the app. Due to the lack of ability to set seasonal pricing ranges, I have to set my seasonal pricing individually by day (huge pain...why can't Airbnb make this easier??). I have found that there is a bug in the app that is reverting my custom pricing back to my standard rate that appears to happen any time I make an update to my house manual. I accepted several reservations with much lower pricing before I realized this had happened and have already lost hundreds maybe thousands of dollars in accepted bookings that were wrong. I had to turn off instant book, and I have to double check rates and calculate the totals for every single reservation before I can accept it because I have zero confidence in my rates being correct. I have talked to support many times and after I did my own testing to conclude the cause was changing my house manual, called again and spoke to somone with limited intelligence for over 20 minutes who did not get it or was not listening to what the issue was and kept trying to tell me it looks like it was resolved because my standard weekend pricing was showing correctly in every weekend. I said, but that is the issue, there is supposed to be custom pricing, they should not all be at standard rate. Finally I had to tell him I need to let you go because I am getting upset and you still have no clue what is going on. Has anyone else experienced similar pricing issues recently? This has to be a bug in the latest update.
