Pricing discrepancies

I've recently confirmed a guest to stay whose final amount is not what I had intended to charge.
I had turned off weekly discounts and had weekend pricing set, yet somehow the total was less, and the numbers didn't add up.

E.g. "14 nights x $100 a night = $1403" -  how does this work? Where did the $3 come from? And what happened to the weekend pricing? Any insight into this?

So should I now tell the guest there was an error and that she'll have to pay a few hundred more to reflect my intended price?
I have hosted for a while but never had any discrepancy like this.

Thanks!

I am on the discussion board to find a similar answer. It's too bad that no one has answered you.

I just started hosting and had set

- Smart pricing ON.

- Minimum/Max price of X.

- Monthly discount at 50%.

- Special discounted months $Y.

Client booked and my "total earnings" is below ALL minimum prices set!.

I can't find a breakdown of what they are paying and why.
