Purpose of trip

Im getting a lot of long term inquiries and bookings which is amazing:  medical student, a flight attendant and even a nurse! Sadly, i get the one or two people that dont have a plan for their long term visit and i have a hard time hosting them. If theres even the slightest chance the future guest will be a homebody i get quesy. When the Inquiry states 'vacation' i have to ask more questions.  That could mean you think my house is a resort where you can lay around in the living room, cook every meal in the kitchen, run through towels and just be present. If anyone has ever had this type of guest its a pain. Ive had them before. I like to think positively but previous guests ruin it. 

Us hosts need details so we can see if they are a good fit. Giving minimal details doesnt help make the case for my fellow guests peace of mind or mine.
