Recommendations for property management in Guanica, Puerto Rico?

HI there I am looking for recommendations for getting started with an airbnb rental in Guanica, PR. I am purchasing a condo on Playa Santa and need some advice with getting started, finding a property manager or cleaning services with key exchanges. Thanks for any advice you can give.
