Hi Everyone,We had guests leave last week and they have trashed our beautiful apartment.
I am negotiating with airbnb's resolution centre for costs.
They have given me an offer which I am not happy with and so we are communiating over that. I see today I have been charged that amount out of my account.
The amount is not insubstantial.
Being the agrieved party I'm very agitated at the moment. I won't receive my next payout. I have rung airbnb and explained what has happened.
That person tells me this is above his pay grade and all he can do to help me is send a note through to the person dealing with this for when they come back to work.
He did no know when that would be.
Has this happened to anyone else and I'd love some suggestions on how to solve this matter. I'm grateful for any help.
It has not yet disapeared on my CC but I suspect that will happen shortly as it has been billed to my airbnb account.
