@Chelsea18 Nah.... @Dede0 nailed it! It is a totally automated system which does not take into account you were busy! Out of town, whatever....it just registers that you did not leave a review. And I am afraid contacting ABB won't do any good....they will just tell you the system is automated and there is nothing they can do about it.
It is possibly not for the best, but, this platform does revolve around reviews, they are very important to both hosts and guests, and it is up to you to make sure you use that 14 day window. Once that has closed.....move on and put it down to experience!
