I have not recieved a reminder / invitation to review a recently departed guest. I am unable to find a way to review her and it seems that the lines of communication with Airbnb have been restricted so I am unable to ask any questions. I'm a bit dissapointed as our reviews play an important role in our appeal to prospective guests.
@Julie121 I see on Airbnb's twiiter feed, @airbnbhelp, many complaints about this. I don't know what the problem is but I suggest that you contact Airbnb to manually send out review reminders to you and your guests. Have the reservation codes at the ready. Here's how to contact Airbnb:
