I have just had my first 4 star review,all athers have been 5 stars and I am so upset by it,we did everything for the couple in question and I am so hurt.In fact I am thinking of stopping doing this altogether !

My goodness, don't stop because of 1 4-star review!  Most hosts only score 5-star reviews 85% of the time.  Sometimes it's difficult for people to give a 5-star review just and it doesn't say anything about your listing, it just says something about their mindset.

I am not sure if you are serious, nobody gets 5 Stars all the time, what will you do if you get a 3 Star?

Are you seriously freaking out over a 4 star review? You can't please everyone, that's just how the world works. If everyone would get 5 stars from all guests, what would be the point of the reviews? I am sure you went above and beyond, like I try do for all my guests as well, but you just can't keep a perfect score, it's simply not possible 🙂
