Share a rude guest experience

Hi there,

I would like to share a very bad guest expericence. I have met so many amazing guests and receive 99% five start reviews, but this one i can only said he should learn how to RESPECT a person.

I gave a very clear direction but they went to the wrong building but right suite, so they cant open the door. He was calling me with a very rude and contempt voice to ask me that i should come to meet them or he will get the money back, fine, i asked them to have a diner first i will come to check what happened. Then i called him again to ask them having a try again, he picked up my phone with a very contempt voice, quicklly hanged up the phone before i finished.

so i was no wonder that he left a poor reviw. After i saw the review i text him, he slanderd me that my attitude was rude; i bought a fresh drink and some fruits, he complained it was from last renter; He event complained there were womens hairs on shower wall.   It was extremely a bad experience, i dont know what is he thinking about this world.  But i really feel i was insult by this guest!!

Coz if i left a poor review, he couldnt be accepted from host anymore. I was too nice for him, i shoudnt do this.
