Should I tell my customers My place is not legal for Airbnb before they come?

I’m considering doing Airbnb for the summer, and I know that my landlord won’t say yes to my Airbnb idea, I’m worried that if my customers ran into my landlord in the elevator then they will have this conversation...so should I talk to my customers before they come?

A couple of other random thoughts: I am not as concerned about Ray but rather about her guests who maybe kicked out or cancelled with a short notice. And how about on line foot print? This post is in her profile forever. In fact, her landlord might find her listing and this post if he starts suspecting something and know she has has premeditated this. So she can not claim she had no idea or it is just this one time. Who types a post with a title "can I do this illigal thing" anyway?? Boy, I must be old or surfing the wrong part of the net
