She was fine. However, I wonder what the heck would happen if your host was running an AIRBNB in an apartment without property landlord knowing, and one was in the house and a host died (say in their sleep)? I mean it could happen. Luckily, she finally texted back after 11 pm. But for 4 hours I didn't know if she was in her room. I mean wondered what I would do upon check out in morning, I was thinking maybe she was a bartender at night and that is why she wasn't responding? My fears ran away from me. It did get me thinking though, seriously how unsafe this whole gig could be. Scary. She ended up sweet as can be and nothing went wrong. It just got me thinking. MOST IMPORTANT THING IS REGULAR COMMUNICATION!

Could happen! But just shows how our expectations have changed if we don't get an answer in 4 hours. Whatever did we do before mobile phones? I really can't remember how we organised our lives, met friends and yet didn't worry if we hadn't heard from them for a day.

Easy, we didn't go into a strangers house.

Make up the bed in the other room and sleep there? 🙂
