Superhost requirements

I haven't made Superhost status, not because of my ratings or responsiveness, those are all great... but rather because I don't generally have 10 stays in a period of 3 months. The reason is simple. I put in some good discounts for long-term stays. I've had a number of guests stay a month or longer. I suppose I could limit the stay time to get more stays in order to qualify, but I'd rather offer a nice, comfortable place for people who need to stay a week, a month, or longer. Too bad the Superhost status requirements can't take that into consideration.

@Michael225 You don't need 10 stays in 3 months, just 10 stays total. You'll get their eventually. Obviously, the target for Airbnb is travelers, not those staying permanently or long term with a host (as in a typical aparment living situation).

OK... cool. So I misunderstood that part, I guess. And I assume it is based on once someone has completed their trip. I have another 3 bookings that will complete this month already (and another one starting), plus, who knows if I might get additional guests, as it is getting near beach season 😉
