Superhost

I have been a superhost for 2 years. If I block my listing off now for the next 3 months will I lose my status? I already have bookings in May, I have also already hosted 8 people this month. Thanks!

You won't necessarily loose your superhost status if you choose to snooze your listing for a while. You can always check out the requirements from you dashboard. Press *progrees* then *opportunities* then press the superhost box and you will see the criteria. You just need to have at least 10 stays or 3 stays over at least 100 nights the last year, over all rating 4,8 and up, response rate 90 and up, 0 Cancellations, Trips reviewed 50% and up. If those requirements are met when the next rating day comes up you will stay a superhost. Best, Sandra
