Uk phones not working,

whats happening at airbnb. i have not been delisted like some absent landlords. I live in the flat with my guests, but i cant find my listing when i search. i cant phone airbnb because thier land line, while it accepts calls, then either leaves you in blank space without even a background noise or music

or it just cuts me off. i have not been able to speak to one person.

this disapearing from the listing has happened before. i think there are gremlins in the system but the contact phone number being available but not working is bad news.

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties with the telephone line, it does appear to be working now, although there may be a slight wait to get through due to the volume of people calling at the moment. 

In terms of your listing issue, I have just had a general search for your listing and 'sunny room overlooking the garden' is appearing for me - when I searched for London, £0-£50 per night, it was actually my first listing, page 1, which is great. Probably worth keeping in mind, that it may appear slightly differently to different users.
