Updating my address so it shows on search

I just listed my lakehouse and it's on the opposite side of the busy lake.  Problem is, if you search Big Bear Lake in CA you don't see the other side of the lake and therefore would miss my listing.  If you search my side which is called Fawnskin then both Fawnskin and Big Bear listings show up on the map.  Anyway to ensure it shows up on both search names?  Thank you in advance.
