VERY DIFERENT HOST

VERY DIFERENT HOST

IT IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE 2 guests LEAVING THE BEDROOM TODAY, WHO HAVE HAD A DIFFERENT BEHAVIOR TO OTHERS.
THE TAKING FOUND IN THE KITCHEN GLASSES, DISHES ETC WITHOUT PERMISSION. HAVING SPECIFIED IS CLEARLY INCLUDED BREAKFAST BUT IN NO EVENT THE RIGHT TO KITCHEN.
ALTHOUGH IT WAS VERY NICE WITH THEM IS A BAD BE PROVIDED HASSLE.
REALLY I THINK SOUGHT OTHER TYPE OF HOUSE.
I am SuperHost And I'm afraid that the incompatibility of these 2 HUESPEDES NOT BE VERY POSITIVE IN THEIR INSIGHTS

No CAPS please...

On the internet this is VERY rude...

Now take a breath and try to explain your problem again...

We are hosts like you that can offer ideas and help with some problems...

Hi @Christian1.   So do I understand it correctly?  You have guests that helped themselves to items from your kitchen and accessed the kitchen when they are not allowed to do so?

I took a look at one of your listings, and in the house rules there is nothing indicating that they cannot take glassware/dishes from the kitchen.... it does say "no eating in bedrooms" but that's not clear enough.

It's possible that you had some rude guests, but I think that you can set expectations of guest behaviour with tighter house rules - being very exact about what access they can have, and cannot have.

if you are not allowing access to the kitchen, then I think it's only fair that you make some kind of provision for people who might want a plate and a knife to have a fresh mango, or a glass to drink their purchased drinks out of.

I hope that I understood you correctly.

By the way, when your write in ALL CAPS it means to convey anger, and yelling.  Just in case you were not aware of this.
