When sharing my space especially as a single woman I don't feel safe when  guest has only email verification. Anyone can have an email under any name. I have had to refuse guests because of this.

If you go into edit our listing, and select "booking" you can select to only accept guests that have been recommended by other hosts. At least that gives you a bit of an idea about them...
