These 3rd party management companies NEVER WORK! Unless you are a rich person and don't want to make money - they will only TAKE AND TAKE. If you want to be a Host you have to get your elbows into it and do it yourself.
That is the truth - and the only advice you should take. Sorry for your problems - but just try to get out of your deal with them quickly.
Hi Terry, yes I leant the hard way. I believed all their promises. I cancelled my contract with them 3 and a half months ago but am still trying to get some compensation for the state they left my apartment. I don't hold much luck of that happening, so now I am focussing on warning others not to fall into the same trap I fell into with this particular company. It has truly been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!

My experience with them is a nightmare too!!!!! My property has been managed by them for over a month and there is ZERO booking!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm having trouble getting onto the managers!
I'm going to lodge a complaint with Ombudsman office to get compensation (https://www.fairtrading.qld.gov.au/lodge-your-complaint). I suggest you do the same. They can't just get away like this! My property is in Brisbane city too, hopefully the fair trading office would lodge a class action against them. I'm sure not just the 2 of us have suffered so far.

HI Lisa,
Office of Fair Trading has started processing my complaint. They contacted the company last Wednesday, and chill told fair trading that they'll be in touch with me to solve this problem. However, no communication at all since then! I also try to call or email the property manager, however, no response at all! I didn't get paid for one cent and some more, they don't return my keys!!!!!
I've spoken to Fair Trading again and they said they can escalate this matter to QCAT that will be more powerful to start legal procedure!

After giving them another 2 weeks to fix my things, they still didn't!!!! I have had enough and their CEO doesn't care!
I strongly advise you to lodge a complaint through office of fair trading! I'm doing it now. This is the only way to get them to take some real actions!
