What happened to our stats?

We used to have a wealth of information on our stats page, where we could look at a half-dozen metrics for each calendar month - the nightly price spread, number of booked/unbooked days and occupancy rate, earnings, etc. Now all I can see is my earnings for the current month and a total for the year??

Why would you take so much away from us? This is not an improvement.

Totally agree, this is not an improvement. Why Airbnb Why?

I agree! Not happy with this new format. Why did they change it?

I said the same thing. I emailed support about it. If you agree that this update is a huge step backward please email support to get them to change it back.

Do you have the email for support? Thanks

Here's a link to the feedback page (which I spent 5 minutes hunting for)  for people who want to ask airbnb to bring back the new and improved version of the stats page: https://www.airbnb.com/help/feedback

Fully agree, this is a step backwards.

I know! I was so disappointed with their new stat. Why change it? It was great that you can check your earnings each month. Now it's gone.

Totally agree! I wish I could see even more than before but this is ridiculous! Already complained at the customer service.

It's actually the old format, I was annoyed when they went to the new format(the one you like), so you'll get used to it. It has all the same information.

@Crustt0 Can you show me with a screenshot where to find all the other stuff? All I see is "Earnings in March" with paid out and expected and total, a "paid out in 2017" total, and a link to my transaction history. I don't see anywhere that I can see my stats for each month at a glance, including occupany rate, nightly price spread, cleaning fees collected, etc.

Comparing each month to each other is my primary way of knowing whether changes I'm making to my unit or listing are helping or hurting me. The only way I can seem to get this information now is to download a spreadsheet of past and future transactions and calculate everything manually in Excel, including looking at my calendar to manually calculate my occupany rate after subtracting my unbookable days from the number of days in the month. If that information is still available somewhere already calculated for me I definitely want to find it.

Don't know how to do a screen shot, just keep pressing different buttons you'll find all you need 🙂

The old format sucks compared to the new one. The new format included reviews with star ratings as well as statistics of current room occupancy rates and a 12 month history which is great for analyzing and managing your business. Just telling me how much I'm making this month is useless. Any monkey can figure that out.
