What to do when guests disrespect your property?

Hi Guys! 

Just had a group of guys check out of my house, despite the friendly message the booker sent me that they would look after the place and 'any partying' would be done in the city it clearly wasn't the case.

I came home to find smashed glass all over my kitchen and two bottles of champagne had been taken, with the wrapping's left on the side. My personal property was left in different places around the house, and they had clearly been using the sofa to sleep on.

The person has ignored all communication through airbnb to replace the alcohol. I have gone through the resolution centre but didn't take a deposit payment. 

Where do I stand on this? I have left him a review but I am guessing he won't do the same for me so it won't show on his account.

Is he free to continue to make booking's through his account? 

Anyone had anything similar?

@Cat43 Regardless of whether he reviews you, your review will go on his profile after 14 days.  Did you send a request for $$ through the Resolution Center? If not, do that, then you can involve Airbnb if they don’t respond.
