What to do when one guest ruins an experience for another guest?

I have 2 rooms in the house I live in listed on Airbnb. I’ve had no issues or concerns with them both being rented out to 2 different people at the same time until last night...one of the guests got too drunk and was running to the bathroom (loudly) all night to throw up. It woke us up so I’m sure the guest in the other room heard it as well. 

As a host how do I make sure that both of my guests have a good experience?

Id suggest tightening up your house rules / house manual regarding what is not acceptable in your home.

If its not acceptable to you then other guests looking to book with you, will know certain standards of behaviour are expected.

Some guests may not choose to book with you as a result and then perhaps you may get a better and more considerate type of guest attracted to your listing rather than the dross.
