Why can't I access reviews of a potential guest?

I've got an outstanding offer to stay at my house from a person who appears to have a couple of reviews. Why are these reviews not available for me to see?

Probably it is pending reviews means the host wrote the reviews but the guests havent write any yet. So the reviews will be visible after 14 days or if the guest wrote one. Hope it helps 🙂
