Dear hosts,
I have for 3 years very detailed guidebook about my listings neighborhood that I send to all of my thru email provided by Airbnb.
But they say they don't receive it.
I have tried to make a guidebook within listing and I did not find it easy/convenient for me.

How can I know if they recieved it without asking them every time.

@Ana180   I am sure to note the email address I sent from. Then I can go into my email account and review SENT mail. I will see it there. My only trouble comes when Guests have not updated their profile or list some unused email address.  Same with telephone numbers. 

When I email a guest, via their profile address by clicking on the envelope, I also message them via our discussion to let them know I have emailed them an attachment and ask them to send me any questions or requests after reviewing. I hope this helps.

@Ana180 Also of note, I keep my document in the cloud and can attach it to and email or text from anything (phone, tablet, computer). I use Google and it took me a minute to figure it out but now I send this doc all the time quick and easy. I have more than one email address so I always send from the same one and double check SENT mail to see it has gone through. 

I have a lot of guests ignore the doc or not read thorough the entirety. When they ask questions that are answered in the doc, I just send it again and tell them I did so.
