guest having trouble paying by mastercard in australia, how guest can contact airbnb

my guest is trying to pay by master card but she tells me that the only option that seems to be open to her is visa card,she is in Aurtralia, where you'd think that paying with a Mastercard is accepted, I don't understand why that is not showing up as an option.

She also does not know how to contact airbnb directly for help. I don't know either. How might she contact airbnb?

I pay with my Discover card so that is strange for her to say,  However, if she goes to the Help section and types in airbnb contacts then the numbers appear for the country she is in,  For the US the number is 855-424-7262.  Im a new host as well.  Hope that helps.

I had a similar issue recently. airbnb Australia is 02 8520 3333. In my case I contacted airbnb for the guest, airbnb called the guest and they worked everything out. It was handled very well by airbnb and the guest is curently in my home.
