guests who do not follow rules and the review confusion

hey guys 

have a guest who is not following our rules that I emailed and put in the studio apartment. loud and partying as well last night brought a local young man back to the house.  we have a place in Nicaragua. I have someone dealing with it today, however how can you give this person a bad review and have it show public if they do not review you. I am sure after my friend goes today and speaks with them they will not review us. just want to let other hosts know.

@Kathleen-And-Richard0 Within the first 14 days after check out, both the host and guest can immediately see their public reviews once each has reviewed the other.  After 14 days if a host reviews the guest, but the guest has not reviewed the host,  the review the host left will become public.
