help! last minute guest, guest made an enquiry and has arrived without confirming reservation.

I have a reservation "confirmed", but not by me!!  I didn't receive a booking demand and a pre-approbation demand.

It's the second time with this case.

The problem is that my appartment is not available por the period requested.

You have Instant Book enabled, @Olivier503. I just checked. Go to your listing, and under Booking Settings, set it to "All guests must send a reservation request".

Also, block the days on the calendar that your place is not available.
