host cancellation

Hi...I'm new to hosting and I have a question.  I recently signed up to host and did the instant booking for my guests.  A lady booked on a week that I had to cancel due to problems with our deck.  It is showing that she is still booked and I'm wondering if there is a way to open that week up again.  I did offer her the week after we fixed the problems with the house but she already had other arraignments made for her travels.  Can anyone help me?

@Jennifer1225  NEVER cancel a reservation. She is not still booked AirBnB blocked out the days. The penalties for canceling this reservation include not being a Superhost for a year, getting a public review that shows you canceled, paying a cancellation fee, and having the canceled nights blocked on your calendar. You need to call AirBnB and claim extinuating circumstances due to repairs and request they remove the penalties, grovel and claim new host if need be.
