host said he will refund 100% but only 50% was returned

Hi, i wanted to change the dates of my booking, so the host said that we could move to another unit to accommodate that. He said he will give a 100% refund when the booking is cancelled, and then i could book the other unit.

When i cancelled it, the refund was only 50%.

The host said to contact airbnb to tell them that he authorized a 100% refund.

How do i contact airbnb?
