house not showing in location search

Hello there,

I have my property listed with the correct address of  'Calle Procesiones, 5, Puntallana, Isla de la Palma 38715, Spain.'

However, when I search for 'Puntallana' it doesn't show up although other properties in Puntallana do. 

Any ideas why I can find it with a search?

@Ann130 have you listed it very recently because it can take a couple of days before it shows up?

I just added our guest house as well... and it isn't showing on the search.  I'm happy to know it may take a couple of days, I have not been able to contact Airbnb with the question, as I can not figure out how to do that as well 🙂 ?

No, it's been listed for well over a year.

if it is any consolation, my apartments also do not show in the search by area. I do hope that Airbnb will sort this issue out, as it is very frustrating and, of course, it does not help our business.
