I declined the reservation request initially as there was a question at our end about the dates. Once I cleared that up, and wanted to accept the request, I opened the dates up and contacted the guest. He sent another request for the same dates, but when I logged in, this new request had been automatically declined. There is no 'accept' button.
What can I do?
Looking through the 'help' options it appears impossible to ask a direct question of air bnb. I am continually directed to a menu of questions which don't cover this situation, so I am resorting to 'the community' to help.
