i have a guest that has changed her reservation right before her arrival three times now

so this has prevented me from getting other bookings and i really don't want to accept her changes now. am very annoyed!

 

So don't accept them.

 

Message the guest that you are sorry but since you can't get a different guest to book at last minute she will have to keep her reservation even if she doesn't use all the days, and book more days for another reservation if she wants. 

 

This may make her cancel completely.

 

If your Guest tells AirBnb

"My Host, she wants to cancel Me!"

AirBnb will email you.

They'll  ask you if

This tale is true.

What should you do?

You should decline!

The reservation is quite fine!

Just tell them no.

If she wants out

Then she may go but there's no doubt

The Guest should have to pay the price.

You're quite the Host,  but not THAT nice.

 

 

 

 

thank you for this! I declined her change and recommended she cancel if she could not make her reservation. i told i was not comfortable with her changing so often. she is also a host herself! 

so she did cancel on her own. thankfully! phew.
