I have been on hold at that customer service number numerous times for 30 to 40 minutes and no one ever answers until finally, they just hang up on you. There is no customer service with airbnb.

@Giovanni77 I don't think Airbnb has a support number for Colombia.  Your best bet is to use the contact number for Argentina.  Click on the link below to see all the available support numbers world-wide.

I use to be able to post the numbers but Lizzie says that people can't remember what they are reading if they have to scroll past some numbers.  So unfortunately I can't give you that number.  Sorry.
