intermittent loss of instant book

I have had 7 quite days so I got curious and went searching to see if there any problems with the listing and if it was showing correctly. On two different occasions, I found IB off or off/on by itself. I searched incognito and even though it shows the IB symbol, it does not show the option when  trying to book. 

I changed my password and reset it again with no extra requirements, now it shows it can be IBed. I will have contact support if it goes off on its own again. I am sure it can affect bookings.

Anyone experience this?
