i have listed my property on air bnb but have not received a single reservation request so far. how do i need to proceed?

Maybe look in the "progress" section to check amount of recent views.

Allthough your listings are in the search system ( https://www.airbnb.com/s?host_id=228505110 ),

they do not show up when searching for "Kothur" or "Kothur, Karnataka"

Maybe investigate this !

Added: The reason is that your listing is outside the standard map displayed for "Kothur".

If a search with nearby place like "Kanoor,  Karnataka", your listing shows up on the first page.
