our new condo seems to discourage condo owners to have their condo units rented via airbnb .

hello, 

our new condo here seems to plan to restrict short term rent of 6 months and below like airbnb as they compromise security and safety of condo owners.  Can you help us convince we need airbnb to augment our income so as we can pay our association dues and respect even short time renters for a few days?

I am sure airbnb is strict with houserules guideline too.

I hope we can defend this in our next general assembly meeting as I like airbnb and allow this to continue and we just add more security measures to ensure we can have security and harmony.
