pre approval cancelation

I have a problem to remove a pre approval...

Please if possible to can make me some information about that? ...what can I do to remove this pre approval?

cause It is not visible in the page...

Olga I have the same problem and so far, have not been able to find the answer.  The cancel pre-approval button doesn`t seem to exist.

Because a pre-approval offer expires after 24 hours, it's likely that the button disappears at that time. Even though the message thread with the customer may still indicate that the conversation started with a pre-approvval request and offer.
