Payments are late by a week on average

Hi, we don't receive payments on time and often payments are delayed by a week at least. A week of delays is expensive and lost opportunities to have that money in your account to generate interest. Have tried everything, but looks like no one can assist us.

What do you notice when you look at your Airbnb transactions page, and your bank's transaction log? Normally, Airbnb releases the funds on the next business day after the guest checks in. Do you find this to be the case on your transaction log, or is it normally delayed by 7 business days after check in?

What about your bank? Do they process the payment within a few business days after Airbnb releases the funds, or do they take 7 business days to process the payment?

Until you find out where the problem is, you will not be able to resovle the issue.
